Welcome and thank you for being here. My name is Nikkol Adams (she/her), and I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor based in South Surrey, BC. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy, integrating both talk and somatic approaches to support healing, self-awareness, and meaningful growth. I am also a Mindfulness-Based Trauma Therapist, a Qualifying Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and a Certified 400-hour Yoga Instructor.
With over 10 years of experience in mental health, I’m passionate about helping individuals explore the mind-body connection through conversation, movement, and mindfulness.
My practice is rooted in wonder, compassion, and acceptance. Through active listening and empathetic engagement, I aim to create a nurturing, non-judgmental space where your emotions and experiences are not only validated, but deeply understood.
