Essence of Self: Talk and Somatic Therapy is located within the Regus Building Office 262 on the 2nd Floor, and operates as a co-leased practice within the shared office space. “Towards Change Counselling” is the primary signage displayed at the building and is associated with Office 262.
During regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.), a receptionist will typically greet you outside the 2nd-floor elevator and notify me of your arrival. If no receptionist is available, please take a seat in the common area and I will come meet you. After 5:00 p.m. or on weekends, use the buzzer to the left of the main entrance and select Office 262 – Towards Change Counselling to access the 2nd floor. If you have any trouble with the buzzer, please text me and I will come down to let you in.
